In this position, you can work on designing and developing complex AI applications, chatbots, and LLM-based systems in cloud and on-premise environments.

Tasks

• Development of complex AI solutions for customers (chatbots, service bots, LLM-based applications)
• Development of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based solutions with Python/LangChain or Java/Spring AI technologies
• Integration of Open source LLM-s into client systems in cloud and on-premise environments (using Kubernetes)
• Design, development, and preparation of AI applications for operation
• Cooperation with international development teams and colleagues in Germany
• Remote work with modern collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams), with occasional travel

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the development of AI applications and enterprise software
• High-level Python knowledge or Java / Spring AI developer experience
• Practical experience in developing live LLM and RAG solutions (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith or Spring AI)
• Confident knowledge in the following areas: LLM API-s

* prompt engineering * embeddings * semantic search * data ingestion processes * model integration

• Experience in using relational and vector databases, especially in PostgreSQL and pgvector environments
• Practice in the field of agent-based systems, tool calling, MCP, and multi-agent architectures
• Knowledge in the topics of security, data protection, compliance, monitoring, and production operation
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• English language proficiency at C1 level

It is an advantage

• Experience in using Azure, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, or other cloud AI platforms
• Practical knowledge in Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, and CI/CD environments
• DevOps and LLMOps experience, including observability, tracing, and evaluation of LLM applications
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., LangSmith, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or Grafana)
• Higher education degree in IT or software development
• Experience with n8n workflow and automation platform
• Knowledge of Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Elasticsearch, or OpenSearch technologies
• Web development experience with Java/Spring Boot, TypeScript, Angular, React, or Vue technologies
