Specialist Asset Management & Engine Leasing (m/f/d) (Aircraft Mechanic - Engine Technology)

• You initiate, supervise & execute complex asset acquisition and sale projects & lead these independently.
• This includes, in particular, acquisition as well as technical, commercial & risk-related evaluation, the creation of well-founded decision templates & the development of feasibility studies.
• You conduct market analyses & benchmarkings, interpret the results & derive suitable measures from them.
• In addition, you assume technical & commercial responsibility for the subject areas Partsale/Assetsale as well as the sales of Lease-Engines.
• You create sales strategies & forecasts, process customer inquiries & support sales colleagues with tailored asset solutions for customers.
• Furthermore, you drive the establishment and further development of the department in terms of networks and sales & optimize the fleet considering fleet size, requirements & market developments.
• Your area of responsibility is rounded off by participation in trade fairs, specialist conferences as well as by customer visits worldwide.

Your Profile:

• You possess knowledge and skills through the completion of at least a 4-year university education (in the field of Aviation or Engine Technology or similar).
• In addition to this, you have comprehensive economic knowledge, especially regarding profitability calculations and comparable analyses.
• A high degree of initiative as well as the willingness to take on responsibility characterize you.
• You are a team player with strong social competence and convince through your negotiation skills.
• Additionally, you bring worldwide willingness to travel (10-20%) and possess business fluent English skills.
