Ground Support Equipment Mechanic (m/f/d) (Mechatronics Technician)

What you move:

• Maintain ground support equipment: You inspect and repair all ground support equipment according to the maintenance plan and document the work cleanly.
• Ensure safety: You carry out safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Care for vehicles: You perform automotive repairs and tire services for technical vehicles and coordinate workshops including TÜV/AU and damage processing.
• Manage spare parts: You store spare parts and operating materials professionally and ensure availability; you assist in obtaining quotes.
• Control external assignments: You assign equipment subject to inspection and repairs to external companies and keep an eye on deadlines and quality.
• Further develop maintenance plans: You support the creation and tracking of maintenance plans for existing and new equipment.

Your profile:

What distinguishes you:

• You have completed training as a Kfz‑Mechatroniker:in or Industrie‑Mechatroniker:in and bring several years of practical experience in technical inspections.
• You handle operating materials safely and store them professionally according to specifications.
• You consistently apply occupational health and environmental protection regulations in everyday life.
• You understand technical documentation in English and maintain clean written documentation.
• You work reliably, independently, and solution-oriented, keeping costs and quality in view.
• In a team, you are cooperative, organize processes in a structured manner, and schedule tasks proactively.
• You attend required training sessions and implement what you have learned in practice.
• You possess a Class B driver's license and are suitable for the safe handling of equipment and substances using appropriate protective equipment.
