Operations Engineer / Project Engineer (m/f/d) (Betriebsingenieur/in)

• Technical support for the Cleaning and NDT (Non Destructive Testing) Line
• Planning, project design, and commissioning of new or replaced individual equipment or systems in the area
• Supervision of new construction & conversion work and coordination of supplier companies during assignments on the in-house systems
• Further development of equipment and processes
• Troubleshooting and rectification of errors on the corresponding equipment
• Maintenance of department-specific software
• Creation of plans for preventive maintenance
• Collaboration in the department's budget planning
• Carrying out damage analyses
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement (e.g., workstation design, tool use, work organization, cost reduction, etc.) or proposing them for realization
• Participation in maintaining and improving the quality of work and processes
• Root cause determination and development of avoidance strategies for quality defects and damage in the area
• Participation in audits in the area

Your Profile:

• Completed engineering degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering / Plant Engineering / Process Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics
• Experience in plant engineering
• Experience in processing and managing complex projects
• Communication skills and assertiveness
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Profound knowledge of standard MS Office software
• Quality awareness
• High resilience and commitment
• Teamwork skills and flexibility
• Willingness to travel
• Willingness to participate in training courses for non-destructive testing of materials
• Willingness to undergo a psychological aptitude test
