Contract & Support Tooling

Your responsibilities:

• Leading a complex IT project for initiatives related to the Sirion system and ensuring alignment with business goals
• Managing all phases of SDLC: requirements gathering, design, testing, and post-implementation support
• Acting as the primary point of contact for internal customers and stakeholders and ensuring smooth adoption and optimization of the Sirion system
• Translating business needs into functional and technical requirements for system enhancements and integrations
• Managing continuous improvement initiatives using Sirion's artificial intelligence capabilities to optimize workflows and contractual processes
• Overseeing and monitoring the relationship between vendors and Sirion
• Ensuring compliance with internal governance frameworks and legal requirements
• Supporting and coordinating audit requests
• Preparing and managing project documentation, budgets, timelines, and management reporting

Your profile:

• University degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
• Previous experience in IT project management with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (agile, waterfall, or hybrid)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Team player, self-motivated, performance-oriented, and goal-oriented
• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools; knowledge of Sirion is a great advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum, SAFe)
