The Chief Risk Office (CRO) identifies, assesses, manages, and mitigates these risks. To do this, the CRO uses clear principles as well as precise monitoring and measurement procedures and works closely with the business and infrastructure areas of DB. Risk management is continuously evolving to keep pace with complex financial products and the high dynamism of the markets – an exciting environment for anyone who wants to think analytically and take on responsibility.
