About the role

We are seeking a proactive, thoughtful, customer-focused, and data-driven Product Manager to help shape and deliver products that solve real customer problems, deliver the right customer experience, and challenge the market status quo.

This role is responsible for leading products from market opportunity and customer discovery through validation, business case development, product definition, launch, and post-launch learning, using hypothesis-driven experimentation and validated learning to determine what to build, what to change, and what not to pursue.

What you will do

Identify and evaluate attractive markets, customer segments, trends, competitors, unmet needs, and new product opportunities. Lead customer discovery and research using interviews, surveys, observation, usability testing, product data, and other qualitative and quantitative methods. Define and test problem, customer, solution, value, pricing, and business hypotheses using prototypes, pilots, MVPs, experiments, and other validation methods. Apply validated learning to determine whether ideas should proceed, change, pivot, pause, or stop based on evidence. Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, positioning, value proposition, goals, and roadmap in alignment with customer needs and business priorities. Develop the product business case, including market opportunity, pricing and packaging, revenue assumptions, success metrics, risks, and expected business outcomes, in partnership with leadership and finance. Translate validated insights into clear BRDs, product requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and other documentation needed for design, engineering, QA, and release. Prioritize product opportunities, features, customer requests, and investments based on customer value, strategic fit, evidence, expected impact, risk, effort, and opportunity cost. Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, marketing, sales, operations, finance, and leadership to guide products from concept through development, launch, and adoption. Measure product performance after launch using customer feedback, product analytics, adoption, retention, conversion, revenue, and other relevant metrics, and use those insights to drive continuous improvement and future product decisions.

What we are looking for

Proven experience in Product Management or a related role Strong ability to support product vision, roadmap direction, and product priorities Strong ability to create and manage BRDs, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and related product documentation Experience using both qualitative and quantitative methods to learn from customers and inform product decisions Experience planning and conducting customer experiments, discovery activities, and validation efforts using multiple research and feedback methods Ability to organize and manage customer profiles, research inputs, feedback groups, and insight records in a structured and usable way Experience working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and delivery Experience using product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, or similar platforms to evaluate customer behavior, product usage, and feature performance Ability to use dashboards and reporting tools to assess adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, and customer experience outcomes Ability to write simple SQL queries to explore and validate customer or product data Strong analytical and structured thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, take initiative, and move work forward with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
