What You’ll Be Doing  Supervise and support the service team to ensure smooth daily operations. 

Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally 

Interact with guests, provide menu recommendations and upsell food and drinks 

Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and marketing activities. 

Assist in training and guiding team members to improve service standards 

Oversee inventory, ordering, and daily operational checks 

Carry out any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager  

What we're looking for  Prior F&B or hospitality experience is preferred 

Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work well under pressure 

Team player with leadership potential
