Process Engineer (Bagasse, Pulp and Paper)

• Development process and product from fiber material (Bagasse, Pulp and Paper, Unbleached Pulps and Bleached Pulps).
• Monitor production process. (Pulp preparation, Forming, lamination, trimming and coating process).
• Monitor each machine mold setup KPI & outputs and efficiency.
• Fiber, Pulp and paper material qualification and sourcing.
• Machine and equipment sourcing and selection.
• Initiated machine and equipment setup and evaluation to be standardization.
• Initiated process control and optimize product to meet customer specification.
• Product quality control.
• Training and develop people in fiber and/or pulp and paper process.
• Set up/change the mold and equipment.
• Adjust the machine parameter and trouble shooting.
• Traning process technicians and operators.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Chemical, IE, Mechanical, Electrical Engineer, Pulp and Paper Technology or related field. At least 2 years’ experience in Biodegradable, Compostable Packaging process, knowledge of the Manufacturing. To be hard-working and initiative attitude. Have Leadership skills, Problem solving skills and Coaching skills. Able to communicate in English & Thai Normal working day Monday to Saturday at 08.00 – 17.00 (6 Days/Week) Able to work in shift Pattern. (Day/Night) Able to work in Prachinburi location.
