What challenges await you? Leading short and long-term projection processes; coordinating with different areas of the company to achieve the necessary inputs

Preparation, consolidation, and presentation of the main Planning deliverables: Results and short and long-term Projections (Budget, Forecast, Run Rate, etc.)

Analysis of Results from Despegar's different businesses for the detection of opportunities and threats

Simplification and automation of internal processes (creating spreadsheets, presentations, reporting)

Budgetary control, detection and analysis of deviations (Actual Results vs. Estimated Budget); alerts for early detection of deviations and proactive proposal of mitigation plans

Preparation and presentation of results, analysis, and KPIs to the Board & Sr. Management

What do we value? People graduated or advanced students in Engineering, Economic Sciences, or related careers.

Advanced English.

Portuguese (desirable).

Advanced knowledge in Excel.

Knowledge in BI (desirable).
