Main Responsibilities Strategy & Planning

Translate C-Level vision into concrete plans and objectives regarding Despegar's regional strategic proposal.

Develop value chain analyses, competitive benchmarking, and business insights to support strategic decisions.

Define strategic objectives, metrics, and KPIs aligned with the regional plan.

Monitor results and ensure effective execution with regional teams.

Executive Communication & Analysis

Prepare and present strategic documents and slide decks for C-Level with executive storytelling.

Communicate complex strategies in a clear, structured, and action-oriented manner.

Act as a strategic link between executive management and operational teams.

Professional Experience Professional Experience

Solid experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or management consulting roles.

Proven track record of designing and implementing strategic plans.

Experience in tracking results and communicating at executive levels.

Technical Competencies

Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Power BI.

Openness to incorporating artificial intelligence tools.

Ability to prepare high-impact executive presentations.

Education & Languages

Completed university degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

Advanced English (required)
