The Sales Operations Manager does not just manage: they build. They design strategy, empower supervisors, and convert data into decisions that directly impact conversion, average ticket, and profitability. They are a key figure in our telesales and white label channel operations in Cancún. Reporting to the Sr. Telesales Manager, they have a direct impact on the commercial results of the Tourism B2B2C Call Center.
Their mission is clear: to lead and empower commercial management, ensure the achievement of sales objectives, and support the supervision team in designing and executing strategies that drive conversion, average ticket, and profitability per channel. It is a role that combines strategic vision with operational execution, requiring someone who knows how to read data, move with agility in changing environments, and build results with and through others.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement strategic commercial actions, ensuring their execution through the supervision team with a focus on achieving results.
- Accompany and guide sales leads in their daily management, strengthening their capabilities and aligning them with business objectives.
- Identify tools and cross-area opportunities to increase sales, profits, and operational efficiency.
- Actively participate in sessions with support areas (Marketing, Training, IT, Regional Support, among others) to generate new initiatives that improve the business.
- Systematically analyze reports and KPIs to make decisions based on data with real impact.
- Supervise and optimize indicators for conversion, closing, average ticket, and team productivity (calls, contacts, appointments).
- Manage and follow up on the sales forecast, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business targets.
- Coordinate regular briefings with sales leads to align priorities, share learnings, and adjust strategy.
- Perform administrative tasks associated with the operation (management reports, follow-up on agreements, process documentation).
- Collaborate with internal areas (Sales B2C, B2B2C, Sourcing, Legals, Compliance) and external partners (hotels, airlines, operators) to ensure the quality of the marketed product portfolio.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields. Incomplete studies are accepted with solid and verifiable experience.
- Desirable: courses, diplomas, or certifications in sales, commercial strategy, leadership, or data analysis.
Experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales areas, preferably in telesales channels.
- Deep knowledge of the sales cycle: from prospecting to closing.
- Experience in designing and implementing strategies for sales increases and process optimization.
- Desirable: experience collaborating with teams of supervisors or sales leads.
Technical Skills
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Advanced handling of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Management by results: OKRs and KPIs.
- Commercial and operational planning.
- Knowledge of white label models and telesales channels.
- Optimization of commercial processes.
- Analysis and interpretation of management indicators.
