Main responsibilities Review and drafting of Terms and Conditions, contracts from various business units, and other legal documents.

Analysis of new projects and associated jurisprudence.

Management of powers of attorney and corporate documents

Follow-up of judicial and administrative cases

Requirements Lawyer with 2 to 4 years of experience

Intermediate/advanced English - Portuguese desirable

Mastery of civil, commercial, and consumer regulations

Experience working in companies, reviewing commercial contracts and corporate matters

Use of digital tools associated with AI
