Shift Supervisor Manufacturing (m/f/d) (Schichtführer/in)

What awaits you

Daily mandatory tasks

• Ensuring specification-compliant and qualitatively flawless manufacturing processes through: - Manufacturing rounds
• Checking approval documentation or performing it yourself in consultation with the setup technician
• Regularly monitoring special processes
• Disciplinary leadership and support of production employees - Ensuring compliance with working & break times
• Random sampling of output quantity and quality
• Timely & complete management of the shift schedule
• Conducting & documenting employee appraisals
• Application of QM regulations (e.g., escalation matrices, process approvals)
• Creation of induction plans for new employees as well as ensuring planned implementation

Case-based tasks

• Technical support in the fine planning of the production plan (especially employee assignment & adjustments according to current production events)
• Support in: - Development, implementation, and implementation control of optimization plans
• Handling quality problems within the area of responsibility
• Eliminating disturbances in production processes

What you bring with you

• Skilled worker in electrical engineering/electronics or a related profession
• At least 3 years of practical experience
• Willingness to work shifts
• Knowledge of industry-specific products, processes, and technologies
• Knowledge of workplace safety / accident prevention
• Proficient use of SAP and MS-Office
• Organizational skills, confident appearance, good communication skills, and trustworthiness
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Decisiveness
• Foreign language skills (basic knowledge of English)
