Profile and Requirements
- Verifiable experience in IT project management, ideally in digital or technological transformation.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Analytical approach, oriented towards results, risks, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge and application of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional ones (Waterfall, PMI/PMBOK).
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) certification or equivalent (desirable).
- Management of project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, Confluence or similar).
- Negotiation, leadership, and organizational change management skills.
- Ability to adapt the methodological approach according to the nature and maturity of each project or stakeholder.
- Advanced English level (oral and written communication with international stakeholders).
Responsibilities
- Coordination of weekly follow-up sessions (progress, blockers, roadmap).
- Preparation and maintenance of the project plan, schedule, and baseline (scope, time, cost).
- Facilitation of agile ceremonies when the project requires it (planning, daily, retro, sprint review).
- Technical follow-up with providers and resolution of issues.
- Management of sessions by area/company and integration between PMs.
- Executive reporting to General Management and/or Board.
- Preparation of minutes and punctual follow-up on commitments.
- Administration of action items with owners and dates.
- Knowledge management: centralized repository of decisions.
- Identification and management of technical dependencies (cloud infrastructure, migrations, go-lives).
- Coordination with key vendors and mitigation of bottlenecks.
- Management of technical, regulatory, and coordination risks.
- Continuous updating of the risk register and mitigation plans.
On-site Benefits by Law 100% nominal $50000 to $54000 gross based on experience.
