Business analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with solid experience in Mexican financial markets, capable of leading the analysis, documentation, and technological transformation of processes related to S.D. Indeval, Securities Central Counterparties, and Asigna. You will be responsible for ensuring the interoperability of the financial ecosystem, aligning business, technology, compliance, and information security.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes within the financial markets ecosystem.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Design and document flows, integrations, and technological architecture models.
• Ensure interoperability between systems, including cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Participate in technological transformation projects within the financial sector.
• Align processes with Compliance and Information Security.
• Manage changes in functional scope and ensure approval control.
• Facilitate communication between business, technology, and stakeholders.
• Manage and influence other Business Analysts.
• Develop talent within the team.

Key functions

• Create dynamic process and system integration diagrams.
• Document in collaborative tools (Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint).
• Define messaging flows and technological optimization.
• Evaluate new technologies within the Mexican regulatory framework.
• Ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Engineering in Systems, Informatics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• +5 years of experience in business analysis in the financial sector or securities markets.
• Experience in technological transformation projects.
• Experience in financial systems interoperability.
• Advanced English (oral and written).

Technical knowledge:

• Financial markets infrastructure in Mexico.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Process modeling (BPMN, UML).
• Technological and enterprise architecture.
• Risk management, project planning, and monitoring.

Desirable:

• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or agile certifications.
