Your tasks

• Price and capacity management
• Support in the off-seasonal price and capacity management of Non-Risk capacities in both the short and long term
• Permanent monitoring of the occupancy and sales development of Non-Risk capacities
• Support in the definition and implementation of pricing measures within the framework of the specifications to achieve sales targets
• Regular market and competitor observation regarding market price formation

• Special Offers
• Determination of requirements for promotional prices/special offers (SPOs) at hotel and flight levels
• Requesting special offers from service providers or the destination agency to maximize revenue and yield
• Creation and support in the calculation of special offers as well as the development of additional offers
• Management of additional hotel capacities within the specified framework

• Communication / Coordination
• Permanent sales coordination and support of measures

Requirements

• Completed training as a Tourismuskauffrau/-mann
• Several years of professional experience in tourism
• Numerical understanding, analytical skills, understanding of tourism contexts, and good commercial knowledge
• Affinity for working with IT systems
• Very good English skills, Spanish is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Excel, Icubes, Benchview
• High level of initiative and sociability
• Teamwork skills and high resilience
• Conscientious and systematic way of working
