Your tasks

• Portfolio
• Design, implementation, and further development of the portfolio strategy
• Permanent portfolio analyses regarding quality, market, and competition
• Initial pricing of sales prices
• Volume and yield planning
• Monitoring of margin and revenue development
• Negotiation of framework conditions with destination agencies and marketing partners
• Relationship Management in the destination area with strategic partners
• Purchasing briefing as well as participation in seasonal hotel purchasing with strategic partners

• Product Processing
• Ensuring the permanent bookability of all products
• Communication interface to Sales for optimal marketing of the portfolio
• Communication interface for service providers

• Marketing
• Provision of information for sales measures and participation in sales events
• Creation and continuous adjustment of capacity and sales planning

Requirements

• completed university degree
• several years of professional experience at a tour operator
• comprehensive understanding of tourism contexts
• extensive destination and tourism market knowledge
• strong analytical skills as well as very good numerical understanding
• very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• business fluent English skills in speaking and writing, other foreign languages an advantage
• high degree of initiative and responsibility
• goal-oriented way of working combined with entrepreneurial thinking and good organizational skills
• quick comprehension and decisiveness
• willingness to travel regularly
• teamwork, resilience, and flexibility
