Aeronautics Quality Assurance Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

You are the operational manager of a Quality team (Quality Inspectors on aircraft). You manage the execution of assigned activities in a constantly evolving context while ensuring team cohesion.

Your main activities are: Coordinating the technical, material, and human resources necessary for the activity in accordance with the priorities given by the Operational Manager and in compliance with company and Client regulations.

Establish the provisional and weekly schedule of presences and absences to ensure continuous activity and ensure the validation of sign-offs on the internal tool.

Ensure the planning, obtaining, and monitoring of qualifications, training, and skills of the team in accordance with the objectives set by the Operational Manager.

Ensure the application of rules regarding hygiene, safety, and working conditions for your team and external personnel as well as for the assets provided.

Lead and manage daily meetings.

Participate and propose, with your N+1 manager, the expression of training needs as part of the development of the Skills Development Plan.

Report any workplace accident and/or material damage in accordance with current processes.

Establish product tracking and transmit it to your N+1.

Contribute to responses to calls for tenders with your hierarchical managers.

Replace your hierarchical manager on certain activities.

Ensure the regulatory compliance of your activity.

Assist the Client during commissions whose decisions may lead to the drafting of disputes.

Profile Description:

Profile sought: You hold a Bac + 2 or Bac + 3 level qualification, specialized in aeronautics. You have at least 3 years of experience in aeronautical quality inspection and also in team management. You master technical English, which is indispensable in an international environment.
