AERONAUTICAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT (M/F) - TOULOUSE (M/F)

A strategic provider for the aeronautical industry, we are listed for Methods activities and offer production support, as Technical Support, on all our clients' aircraft programs, from aircraft assembly activities to operational tests, flight tests, and aircraft delivery.

Thanks to your skills, you will effectively support production while identifying and resolving technical problems, based on the aircraft definition.

You are an indispensable interface between production, the design office, and methods. Your interpersonal skills are a real asset!

Job Details Your activities:

Manage non-conformities with the relevant departments

Conduct technical investigations in case of contingencies

Create and update work orders according to the product definition

Update product tracking on client tools

Prepare remaining points before end of shift

Monitor and report definition discrepancies

Provide technical documents to production

Issue tooling opinions

Participate in operational meetings

Order and track special/urgent parts

Process deviations

Contribute to the resolution of technical problems in connection with the departments

Profile, Experience, Training To succeed in this role, we are looking for the following skills:

Bac + 2/+3 type DUT/BUT/BTS/Licence pro or CQPM Experience in a similar role, preferably in the aeronautical sector Aeronautical knowledge, mastery of technical documentation Practice of technical English (reading, writing) Mastery of IT tools (G Suite; SAP; Client software...) 2*8 shifts
