Profile Description: You are a graduate of an engineering school or hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in industrial performance, continuous improvement, industrial engineering, or equivalent. You have proven successful experience in a demanding industrial environment, ideally in the aeronautical, automotive, or manufacturing sectors. You master continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other operational excellence tools. Recognized for your analytical mindset, you know how to transform data into concrete actions and manage results-oriented projects. Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy working cross-functionally, uniting teams, and supporting change on the ground. Your level of English allows you to move easily in an international environment.
