Inspector/Packer

We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented inspection/packing personnel to join our team at Dependable Stamping Company. As part of the inspection/packing team, you will engage in shipping and receiving piece work, as well as perform visual inspections of various metal components and finished parts. Objectives of this role Perform dimensional, physical, and visual inspections of manufactured parts Package finished product for shipping (boxing, labeling, etc.) Receiving in material, purchased parts, fasteners, etc. Assist in developing and performing any process or part audits Utilize Dependable Stamping's quality management system Other production or general labor tasks may be assigned by management as needed Required Skills & Qualification High School Diploma or GED Excellent oral and written communication as well as great people skills Adaptability and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in metal fabrication, metal assembly, visual inspection, or a similar field Ability to use calipers and a basic understanding of print reading Intermediate math skills related to shipping, inventory counting, weight counting, cycle/batch counts Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
