We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice Chairman to support the Board and senior leadership team in driving the company’s long-term business growth, corporate governance, and regional operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the company’s strategic direction and corporate governance
- Provide guidance to senior management on business operations, financial performance, and organizational development
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, clients, and regulatory bodies
- Support expansion initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and regional business development activities
- Participate in Board meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Review operational performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Represent the company at business meetings, conferences, and industry events where required
- Mentor and support leadership teams across various business functions
Requirements
- Extensive senior management or executive leadership experience
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities
- Experience in corporate governance and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage complex business operations across multiple regions
