Wind Turbine Technician

We are looking for an Onshore Wind Turbine Technician for a pioneer in the wind energy sector. This employer is known worldwide for their innovations in wind turbine and drive technology, and is also a specialist in the design of rotor blades, control systems, and grid connection technology. What will you do? As an Onshore Wind Turbine Technician, you are responsible for:

• Service, maintenance, and repair of wind turbines, primarily in your service region, but sporadically also outside of it.
• Working on various advanced electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshooting and reporting on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Compliance with safety regulations on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
• Responsibility for completing all automated documentation.
• You depart daily from the service station to the sites with your colleagues.
• You have a technical Bachelor's degree or are equivalent through experience.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility, are technically driven, and have strong problem-solving skills.
• You are willing to follow multi-day training sessions in Belgium or abroad.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
• You are willing to work a weekend and late shift every two months (rotation).
• You have a driving license B.
