As a Designer at Dentsu Creative Amsterdam, you translate ideas into thoughtful and beautifully designed work for print and digital.

You work closely with creative teams to develop ideas and take them beyond concepts and presentations, towards concrete and tangible executions. We are looking for someone who goes beyond mere execution. You ask questions, improve, and add value with clear thinking and excellent craftsmanship.

• You develop strong visual ideas for advertising campaigns, branding and rebranding, social content, and print.
• You understand that every channel has its own rules and adapt ideas, formats, and executions accordingly.
• You understand the briefing, but also dare to challenge conventions and take the work to a higher level.
• You bring print work from concept to precise production-ready artwork.
• You create compelling presentations that clearly convey the idea, the rationale, and the story.
• You combine larger creative projects with daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Initially, you will join a fixed client team and, if the schedule allows, also work for other clients and projects.
• You work closely with creatives, designers, account teams, and production partners.
• A strong and relevant portfolio in which creative thinking, craftsmanship, and experience with print and digital are visible.
• Excellent knowledge of Figma and good command of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good knowledge of print production, specifications, formats, and the delivery of artwork.
• The ability to create presentations and clearly explain your design choices.
• Professional command of English, both oral and written.
• A sharp eye for visual detail and accuracy.
• Clear communication and a hands-on mentality.
