Manager Production Technology

• a Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• some years of management experience with personnel responsibility in a manufacturing company
• knowledge of automated manufacturing process development
• knowledge and experience of Lean Production
• communicative ability and together with colleagues strive to achieve our common goals
• experience from quality work, preferably within life science or other regulated industry
• documentation and communication skills, in English as well as in Swedish Join our team to make a real difference.

As a Manager Production Technology you are a key person in our production organization with responsibilities in people development, strategic goals and efficiency projects. We are a highly automated manufacturing facility producing medical devices, which means we have a strong focus on quality.

Your key accountabilities are:

• Lead a group of four Process Engineers and four Production Technicians
• Lead change to improve methods, technique and quality. Such as reducing lead time, improving OEE and leading continuous improvements
• Set strategic goals and long term plans as well as finding short term solutions
