To strengthen our team, we are looking for our Frankfurt office, effective immediately:

Lawyer (m/f/d) Insolvency Law / Restructuring

What you do

• Advising domestic and foreign clients in all areas and phases of restructuring and insolvency, particularly in self-administration
• Handling demanding and diverse activities with a high degree of personal responsibility and close client contact
• Advising companies, entrepreneurs, customers, and creditors regarding restructuring cases
• Drafting contracts
• Advising on corporate transactions, especially Distressed M&A
• Establishing processes in close cooperation with our clients, sometimes also on-site at the company

Your Profile

• Two above-average State Examinations
• Experience in the described field of activity, e.g., during the legal clerkship (Referendariat)
• Business-fluent English skills in speaking and writing
• Great enthusiasm for business and financial contexts
• Highly developed ability for creative and compromise-oriented solution approaches
• Desire for teamwork and personal responsibility
• Committed personality
