Attorney (m/f/d) Real Estate Law focusing on Real Estate Transactions

What you do

• Project-related teamwork in an established team focused on real estate transactions
• Accompanying well-known German and international clients in real estate transactions and real estate projects
• Transactional advice on asset and share deals on the buyer and seller side
• Legal advice on the further development of the real estate industry, including with regard to sustainability, digitalization, and social coexistence
• Ongoing asset management for the legal optimization of real estate portfolios
• Cross-location and cross-border collaboration in an interdisciplinary team

Your Profile

• Two above-average State Examinations
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of real estate transactions
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing
• Great enthusiasm for the economic contexts of real estate
• Highly developed ability for creative and compromise-oriented solution approaches
• Desire for teamwork and personal responsibility
• Committed personality
