Attorney (m/f/d) Real Estate - Asset Management & Transactions
What you do
- Project-related teamwork in an established team focused on real estate transactions
- Accompanying well-known German and international clients in real estate transactions and real estate projects
- Legal advice on the further development of the real estate industry, including with regard to sustainability, digitalization, and social coexistence
- Ongoing Asset Management for the legal optimization of real estate portfolios
- Transactional advice on Asset- and Share-Deals on the buyer and seller side
- Site- and cross-border cooperation in an interdisciplinary team

Your Profile
- Two above-average State Examinations
- At least 3 years of sound experience in the described area of responsibility, especially in commercial lease law
- Business-fluent English skills in speaking and writing
- Great enthusiasm for the economic contexts of real estate
- Highly developed ability for creative and compromise-oriented solution approaches
- Desire for teamwork and personal responsibility
- Committed personality
