Lawyer as Senior Associate (m/f/d) M&A / Energy
What you do
- Advising on M&A transactions in the field of renewable energies and infrastructure
- Project-related and ongoing advice to financial investors, banks, energy suppliers, project developers, and industrial companies in the implementation of new business models in the energy and infrastructure sector
- Site- and cross-border collaboration in an interdisciplinary team

Your Profile
- Two above-average State Examinations
- At least four years of relevant professional experience in the field of M&A / Energy
- Very good English skills
- Enthusiasm for economic contexts / interest in the interfaces of economics, technology, politics, and law
- Ability for creative solution approaches
- Desire for teamwork and personal responsibility / team player with high social competence
- Committed personality
