Responsibilities and assignments

• Analyze and implement production processes that enable product performance analysis.
• Lead projects in the engineering area, providing support to immediate leadership aiming to meet demands for process changes and line improvements;
• Monitor industrial works involving installations or layout changes, electrical infrastructure, pneumatics, and exhaust;
• NCM classification, through analysis of the specifications of the item in question whenever necessary;
• Analyze, build, and test prototypes based on the technical documentation received regarding: drawings, construction specifications, and equipment mathematics;
• Monitor manufacturing and assembly stages alongside production to verify if operations comply with the specified structure for the product;
• Monitor and analyze proposed modifications, aiming to enable better manufacturing and assembly conditions, without, however, harming the technical performance of the product;
• Analyze data reports proposing improvements or adjustments.

Requirements and qualifications

✅ What we are looking for

• 👉 Higher education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, and/or Mechatronics Engineering;
• 👉 Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 standards;
• 👉 Experience in companies in the electro-electronic segment, with experience in the implementation of new products, processes, tests, jigs, and equipment;
• 👉 Knowledge of Office Package;
• 👉 Advanced English.
