Requirements:

• Degree in Ing. mecatrónica, mecánico administrador, electronica or related.
• Advanced English.
• Knowledge in aluminum injection processes, molds.
• Cooling systems.
• Experience in automotive industry 5 years and up. (Desirable)

Position Responsibilities:

1. Ensure equipment reliability

Guarantee continuous operation of critical equipment and reduction of failures, improving indicators such as OEE, MTTR, and MTBF.

1. Comply with and optimize maintenance

Ensure effective execution of preventive maintenance, evolving to predictive maintenance and standardizing processes.

1. Eliminate failures and losses

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to eliminate repetitive failures, downtime, and waste.

1. Lead the technical team

Develop staff capabilities, ensure operational discipline, and eliminate dependency on key technicians.

1. Manage critical events

Direct recovery in the event of major failures until operation is completely restored.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Higher education - Licenciatura
• 5 years of experience
