Industrial Engineer / Production Engineer

Your tasks

1. Monitor daily production processes, resolve technical problems in the operational area, reduce defect rates, and increase productivity in accordance with the company's production system standards.
2. Write, improve, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs & WI) to ensure operators follow them correctly.
3. Prepare and maintain FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) for New Product Introduction (NPI) or review when quality issues are found.
4. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure machines and Jigs/Fixtures operate efficiently and reliably, including participating in preventive maintenance and machine upgrades.
5. Assist in transferring new products from R&D to mass production, assess production feasibility, design Line Layout, and monitor the readiness of all machines for product launches.
6. Resolve immediate problems and quickly analyze root causes when production quality abnormalities or production line disruptions occur, while defining Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

1. Measure standard time and analyze Line Balancing to eliminate waste (Muda) from the work processes.
2. Plan factory space allocation and raw material flow paths to reduce transportation distance and increase logistics efficiency.
3. Assess production capacity, calculate manpower requirements, and determine standard manpower rates to support production scheduling and product delivery.
4. Monitor and analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), yield rates, and efficiency achievement rates to identify bottlenecks in the production process.
5. Reduce production costs through process improvement, standard time/BOM analysis, and application of Lean Manufacturing principles.
6. Ensure that the sequence of operating procedures complies with company standards.

Requirements

1. Male - Female
2. Age 25-35 years
3. Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or related experience.
4. 3-5 years of work experience in electronic or mechanical products.
5. Basic knowledge of MS Office, CAD 2D/3D, AI techniques.
6. Basic English skills.
7. Fast learner, able to work well under pressure, good communication skills, and able to work well in a team.
