Den Gamle Bagergaard in Maribo is looking for a baker. You do not need a formal qualification if you have practical experience working in a bakery.

We are a family-run business with three bakers and a pastry chef in production. Two packing staff and a driver help get our bread ready and delivered to our shops.

Your work

You will take part in the daily production at the bakery. We are looking for someone who knows their way around a bakery, takes responsibility for their work and enjoys working with colleagues. You must be able to communicate in Danish or understandable English.

You must already have the legal right to work in Denmark , for example through EU/EEA or Swiss citizenship or a valid Danish residence and work permit. We cannot offer visa or work permit sponsorship.

What we offer

Gross monthly salary: Based on qualifications and experience. For a qualified baker, the salary starts at approximately DKK 26,000 .

The employer can support you in finding accommodation in the area

The planned working hours start at 01:30 on Mondays and 05:00 from Tuesday to Thursday. You will also work every other weekend. We will agree on the schedule together. Night shifts only coulds also be an option.

The expected start date is 1 November 2026 .

Recruitment process

Den Gamle Bagergaard i Maribo søger en bager. Du behøver ikke at have svendebrev, hvis du har praktisk erfaring fra et bageri.

Vi er en familievirksomhed med tre bagere og en konditor i produktionen. Derudover har vi to pakkere og en chauffør, som kører brød ud til vores udsalg.

Jobbet

Du bliver en del af den daglige produktion i bageriet. Vi søger dig, der kender arbejdet i et bageri, tager ansvar for dine opgaver og trives med at arbejde sammen med andre. Du skal kunne kommunikere på dansk eller forståeligt engelsk.

Arbejdstiden er som udgangspunkt fra kl. 01.30 om mandagen og kl. 05.00 tirsdag til torsdag samt hver anden weekend. Vi aftaler den nærmere plan sammen. Du kan også nøjes med natarbejde, hvis du ønsker det.
