Picking and Packing Associate

Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently pick and pack inventory to fulfill customer orders.

Assist with inventory organization and control to maintain accurate stock levels.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris , properly disposing of waste and trash.

Perform all duties safely and responsibly , following OSHA standards, company policies, and established procedures.

Promptly report any unsafe conditions, hazards, or practices to management.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and overall operations.

Qualifications Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements , including a background check and drug screening.

Must be 18 years of age or older .

Ability to lift and carry up to 50–75 pounds as required.

Demonstrated history of reliable attendance and performance in a work or school setting.

Reliable transportation and the ability to consistently arrive on time and maintain dependable attendance.
