Driver
Responsibilites:
General:
Safely transport the executive to and from meetings, events, and other appointments. Ensure punctual arrivals and departures as per the executive’s schedule. Provide transportation for guests and visitors of the executive as required. Ensure the security of the executive and passengers during transportation.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the executive’s vehicle to ensure it is in optimal condition. Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times. Report any mechanical issues or damage to the vehicle immediately and coordinate repairs.
Scheduling and Planning:
Plan routes in advance to ensure timely arrivals, taking into account considering traffic and weather road conditions. Adjust routes and timings as needed to accommodate last-minute changes to the executive’s schedule.
Security and Confidentiality:
Ensure the security of the executive and passengers during transportation. Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the executive’s personal and professional activities.
Customer Service:
Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience for the executive and any passengers. Assist with opening doors, carrying luggage, and other tasks as needed.
Compliance:
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. Follow company policies and procedures related to driving and transportation.
Additional Duties:
Run errands and perform other tasks as requested by the executive. Perform other related duties as assigned by the exxecutive.
Requirements:
A minimum of an OND or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably as an executive or personal driver. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Working Conditions:
Variable hours 8am-6pm, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the executive’s schedule.
