Manufacturing Process Assistant Engineer

-Analyze defect problems such as Open/Short, Delamination, Misalignment and find solutions -Support engineers in controlling and improving the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing process -Collect and analyze Yield, Scrap, and Cycle Time data to improve production efficiency -Monitor and control parameters in each process such as Drilling, Plating, Etching, Lamination, Solder Mask, Silkscreen -Prepare and improve process documents such as WI, SOP, Control Plan -Support trials and New Product Introduction (NPI) -Coordinate with Production, Quality (QA/QC), and Maintenance departments -Inspect and control machines/equipment to operate according to standards

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields Age/Gender: Not specified 1-2 years or more of experience in PCB or electronics manufacturing industry Basic knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes Skills in using Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot, data analysis) Ability to analyze problems using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure Must be able to communicate in English (Chinese communication skills will be a special consideration)
