Replenishment Specialist F/M - DELTA

We are looking for our future replenishment specialist within the DELTA team!

As a member of the purchasing team, you will play a key role in the company's operations.

You will be responsible for analyzing product stocks, presenting your replenishment recommendations, entering supplier orders, collecting and controlling information on replenished products, recommending and implementing manufacturing inspections, monitoring order manufacturing at the supplier, and triggering the transport of goods.

Your missions in concrete terms:

• You analyze product data (stock, sales, outstanding orders) and present your replenishment recommendations with the aim of avoiding stockouts and overstocks
• You contact suppliers and redefine replenishment conditions with them
• You enter the orders validated by management into our ERP SAP according to the conditions validated with the suppliers
• You collect and update product information
• You create product labels and instructions in association with the quality department
• You participate in packaging design in association with the quality department and the marketing department
• You establish the inspections to be carried out on production in association with the quality department
• You ensure the launch of production at suppliers within the imposed deadlines
• You implement the inspections to be carried out on production in association with the quality department
• You trigger the transport of goods

Position at 39h per week.

Start date: as soon as possible - You have at least 2 years of experience in a replenishment position.

• You must speak English to communicate (especially in writing) with foreign suppliers
• You master an ERP (ideally SAP) to place orders, track payment, and transport
• You know how to collect and analyze information (test reports, certificates, audit reports, stocks, sales forecasts, tracking tables) to make recommendations and assist in decision-making
• You know how to demonstrate rigor and efficiency on files to respect processes, deadlines, and regulations
• You enjoy working in a team with internal and external stakeholders
