Call Center Agent

We are a professional call center serving UK and US businesses, providing inbound and outbound customer support, telesales, lead generation, data entry, and translation/transcription services. We're hiring experienced, English-speaking Call Center Agents to represent our clients' brands and deliver high-quality service across UK and US time zones. This is a hybrid role based in Cairo, ideal for a confident communicator with a few years of call center or customer service experience who wants to work with international clients. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats for UK and US client accounts

Resolve customer queries accurately and professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution

Support telesales, appointment setting, and lead generation campaigns as assigned

Carry out data entry, translation, and transcription tasks to a high standard of accuracy

Log all interactions and maintain accurate records in client CRM systems

Follow client scripts, tone, and quality guidelines while sounding natural and personable

Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow through to full resolution

Consistently meet targets for quality, response time, and customer satisfaction

Confident with computers, CRM systems, and fast, accurate typing

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bilingual English/Arabic is a strong advantage

Prior experience with UK or US clients is a plus
