Role Overview
Delta Tech Africa Limited seeks a results-driven ISO Management Systems Consultant & Auditor based in Lagos to lead consultancy, auditing, and training engagements across ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 for our growing portfolio of clients across Nigeria and West Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead gap analysis & readiness assessments (ISO 9001/27001/14001/45001)
- Develop and implement IMS documentation (policies, procedures, process maps)
- Guide clients through full certification lifecycles & IMS integration
- Plan, lead & report internal and supplier audits (ISO 19011)
- Identify nonconformities & track CAPA to closure
- Support clients during third-party certification & surveillance audits
- Conduct risk & opportunity assessments (Annex SL framework)
- Design & deliver ISO awareness, implementation & Lead Auditor training
- Develop training materials, case studies & e-learning content
- Assess learner competency & issue completion certificates
Qualifications & Education
- B.Sc./B.Eng. in Engineering, Science, IT, Environmental Studies, or Business
- Lead Auditor certification in at least 2 standards (CQI/IRCA-accredited or equivalent)
- NEBOSH, CISA, or PECB certifications are an added advantage
- Familiarity with Nigerian regulatory & compliance environment preferred
Experience
- 3 to 4 years hands on ISO consulting & auditing experience
- Multi-standard audit delivery across industries (mfg, O&G, FMCG, fintech, health)
- Proven ISO training delivery across all organisational levels
- Exposure to integrated management system (IMS) projects is a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Deep knowledge: ISO 9001:2015, 27001:2022, 14001:2015, 45001:2018
- Audit planning, evidence gathering & report writing
- Root cause analysis: 5-Why, FMEA & CAPA management
- Strong facilitation, presentation & client management skills
- MS Office Suite & document management systems
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and spoken English
