Executive Operations Manager

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Executive Operations Manager to support the team at Patrick SFB, FL.

Your tasks

Manage the HQ STARCOM Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS2) and organizational workflow emails.

Complete all required ETMS2 computer-based training to be able to check it daily for applicable taskers.

Coordinate required responses from appropriate STARCOM functions/personnel and submit formal response in ETMS2 on/before the deadline.

Create ETMS2 taskers within 3 business days of the request of STARCOM HQ-Level Leadership (04-GO/Civilian Equivalents) and track to completion.

Requirements

Must complete ETMS2 computer-based training.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 3-10 years’ experience related to the primary responsibilities. Skilled with Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS2), Windows 10, and Microsoft Office.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: BA/BS desired; 5+ years relevant experience may substitute for degree.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret
