Railway Operator (M/F)
As part of an increase in our activities, we are looking for a Railway Operator. Reporting to the Responsable Opérationnel, you will ensure the operational management of railway operations, as well as the administrative management related to customer service. Your missions will be as follows:
- Organize and process information related to the proper execution of railway transport
- Process and monitor railway operations (planning, booking, incidents)
- Organize and manage railway services
- Manage shipment documentation
- Organize, process, and transmit information related to the operational and administrative aspects of the activity to the various stakeholders.
- Organize and process customer orders
- Take and enter customer orders into the IT tool
- Update the order pickup planning
- Inform customers about the status of their orders
- Create and improve activity monitoring tools
- Control supplier invoices
The job holder will be required to work some Saturdays and to provide on-call services in the evenings and on weekends, in accordance with the planning defined by the Responsable Opérationnel.
What if it were you? You have...
- A BAC +2 / BAC+3 in Transport or Logistics.
- Previous experience in transport (railway would be a plus).
- Proficiency in IT tools.
- A B2 level in English.
- A sense of organization and planning, and strong interpersonal skills.
