Training Specialist Intern
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises and learner activities.
Facilitate engaging learning experiences and support learner participation
Assist with learner assessments, assignments and evaluations.
Track learner attendance, performance and programme completion.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Collect learner feedback and identify opportunities for programme improvement.
Support curriculum reviews and refinement of training materials.
Assist with learner onboarding and other Academy activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective and timely programme delivery.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Education, Learning & Development, ICT, Business or a related field.
Strong interest in training, facilitation and Learning & Development.
Good presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to explain information clearly and engage different audiences.
Exposure to training, facilitation or instructional delivery through internships, attachments, academic projects or similar experience is an added advantage.
Experience or interest in delivering technical training is an added advantage.
