Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and upkeep of building facilities to identify and address defects promptly
• Respond to tenant requests and complaints by providing timely and effective solutions
• Perform minor repairs independently to resolve issues without external assistance
• Inspect control panels and electrical wiring to detect and troubleshoot faults
• Install appliances, fixtures, and equipment according to specifications
• Carry out repairs and installations involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and basic masonry tasks
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance problems such as power switch failures and light set malfunctions causing power trips
• Complete all maintenance work efficiently within scheduled timeframes
• Report maintenance issues and critical incidents promptly to the Facility Manager
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks including replacing light sets, plumbing repairs, and painting
• Review and assess maintenance and improvement requests considering cost and feasibility before approval
• Manage daily work orders and maintain accurate maintenance checklists for all properties
