Project Manager (Japanese Speaker)

Delta HQ is a growing property technology (PropTech) company that provides digital solutions for the property industry. We work with clients and partners across Indonesia and Japan, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver technology solutions that create real business impact. We are looking for a Project Manager who is fluent in Japanese to join our team and help manage projects involving our Japanese clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum JLPT N2 or equivalent Japanese proficiency is preferred.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Min. 2+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a technology/software company.
• Experience working with Japanese clients, stakeholders, or teams is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development or digital product development processes.
• Strong project planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning and initiation through execution and completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal project teams.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and other relevant teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear tasks and actionable project plans.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and status updates.
• Support effective communication between Japanese clients/stakeholders and internal teams.
