Company Description Delta HQ is a PropTech startup based in Singapore. We offer a property management system designed to automate daily administrative tasks in investment property management, striving for efficient operation. By automating all functionalities that were manually managed before, it centralizes tasks to reduce managerial work and costs, aiming for profit maximization.
Responsibilities :
- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales)
- Gather and prioritize customer requirements and business needs
- Translate insights into clear product requirements and features
- Monitor product performance and continuously optimize post-launch
Requirement :
- Willing to work in Surabaya
- Good in English (writing and speaking)
- Min. 1 year of experience in product management (PropTech or related industry is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience in agile product development
- A passion for property, real estate, or digital innovation in traditional industries
