*Job Overview*

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role needs detail inspections of rooms to improve the guest satisfaction. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient cleaning processes, and foster a positive environment for staff and guests alike. Your leadership will be key in delivering a spotless, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence.

*Duties*

  • Inspect rooms daily and ensure our guests receive the quality of cleanliness in the rooms they are expecting on arrival.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify quality standards are met or exceeded
  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of guestrooms, public areas, and meeting spaces
  • Train and motivate housekeeping staff to uphold cleanliness standards, safety protocols, and customer service excellence
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and stock levels
  • Address guest requests or concerns promptly, resolving issues with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels while maintaining flexibility for special events or peak periods
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the housekeeping department
  • *Qualifications*
  • Proven Hotel supervisory experience in housekeeping.
  • Having used Opera and assigning tasks of opening and closing the department in the system.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop team members
  • Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests from diverse backgrounds
