Quality Manager (m/f/d)
Within Delta Intelligent Building Technologies (Delta IBT), we develop and produce the next generation of integrated solutions for building automation, lighting, and security in Vienna under the LOYTEC brand. LOYTEC automation solutions use graphical user interfaces, open communication protocols, and follow international standards. In this way, we contribute to realizing long-term retrofittable, energy-saving, and thus sustainable connected buildings.
Your tasks as Quality Manager
- Further development of the existing QM system and ensuring our quality goals through continuous certifications for ISO 9001:2025 in an international corporate environment
- Collaboration in the implementation of the ISO 27001 certification
- Definition, documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of processes and nonconformities using an issue-tracking database, Document Control, and risk-based thinking
- Establishment of a holistic quality culture within the company through collaboration with all departments, especially product development and production
- Contact person for quality management for customers and suppliers
You bring the following for this position
- Completed education at HTL, FH, or university level in the field of electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a comparable subject area
- Several years of professional experience in a QM function and with ISO certifications (9001, 27001)
- Experience in quality management in a production facility
- Very good English skills

Note according to Paragraph 23 Gleichbehandlungsgesetz: The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for employees in data processing and information technology in the ST1 regular level for the year 2026 is € 3,954.- gross per month. We show our appreciation for existing professional experience through appropriate overpayment.
