Planning the execution of first/last part approvals, independent prioritization if necessary in consultation with others, production according to CP/inspection plan specifications Execution of intermediate inspections / measurements according to CP specifications Execution of inspections / measurements (press-out forces, torques, 3D, manual measurements, tension and compression tests (Zwick) according to CP specifications Documentation of inspection results / measurement results in inspection plans, tool manager Evaluation of inspection and measurement results for trend detection and initiation of preventive corrective measures Approval of deviations based on product and functional knowledge and experience of known decisions Passing on deviations to CQA, production foreman, team leader and documenting according to decision (approval/rejection) Labeling and archiving of first/last parts / maintenance of the first/last part archive Execution of the monthly batch-related Zwick test Defining rework measures and creating non-conformance reports/instructions - instructing employees Inspection and approval of reworked parts Maintenance and updating of the blocked status list, creation of scrap protocols, booking goods as blocked, SAP. Maintenance of blocked stock Support for WSP in production if required Support for production during blockages and traceabilities Contact person for production in case of identified problems, decision on measures based on available experience, definition of limit samples (if necessary in consultation with CQA) Responsible for order and cleanliness, especially in the blocked stock area, SPC room, 3D measuring room, Hexagon Opportunities for continuous improvement
Completed training in a technical field Professional experience in the field of documentation, quality assurance, technical documentation. Knowledge of ISO standards Structured way of working Cross-departmental team and communication skills Confident use of common software tools (MS-Office) Very good English skills in spoken and written form
