Store Keeper

Receiving, storing, and delivering materials, equipment, and other items from the storage area or warehouse, while maintaining records and issuing periodic reports to ensure the availability of sufficient stock of required raw materials, tools, and supplies.

Receiving materials from suppliers based on the purchase order issued by the Procurement Department, and entering the received materials according to the purchase order so they can be added through the SAP system.

Issuing materials based on a release voucher according to the approved template, signed by the recipient, with a copy attached to the SAP system confirming the delivery.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date reports for all items in the warehouses, and informing the direct supervisor about the remaining stock levels.

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, IT, or a related field.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One.

Solid understanding of core business processes (e.g., Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting).

Proficiency in SQL and working with databases.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
